Glow & Go delivers orders across Egypt. Shipping and exchange fees vary depending on the delivery location.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, and Sohag

Free Shipping

Orders of 950 EGP or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping applies to the original delivery fee. Exchange fees may still apply according to the customer’s location.

Exchange Shipping
Glow & Go’s published exchange delivery fees may apply to exchanges that are not covered by a mandatory consumer right to a free return or exchange.

Where Egyptian consumer protection law gives the customer the right to return or exchange a product without additional cost, Glow & Go will not charge an exchange or return delivery fee.

If Glow & Go sent the wrong product, or a product arrived damaged or defective, Glow & Go will handle the applicable return or replacement delivery cost.
